Changed the patch 2.4 link to go to the actual Amazon skill section.

DarkMasterMan: Added the patch 2.4 changes to Fend and that D/A/E no longer interrupt other animations. I put "100% faster" in quotes because I'm not certain of the specifics behind the changes (nor would I know how to put said changes into words for the wiki), but it's not actually 100% if you use the Warren IAS calculator to compare D2R Fend and use the d2.lc IAS calculator to compare LoD Fend when using the same parameters. Hopefully that makes sense. :P
