Be careful, though, if you end up killing one of the flying ones over water - it may get 'dropped,' but you'll never see it because it got dropped in the water, where it can't be dropped. It's a small bug. You'll not be able to find another one in the same game, so make a new one if you want it right then and there. Only one of these quest rewards are allowed per character per difficulty.

−	::There's a clickable pyre somewhere in the Flayer Jungle, called "The Gidbinn." You'll need to activate it to summon a Unique Flayer, who will drop the blade when you kill him. The pyre generally appears close to the Flayer Dungeon, which hides Khalim's Brain (necessary for Khalim's Will).

The Flail can be found by defeating the Council in the Travincal. One of the members drops it when they die.
