== Qualities of the Command Team ==
Members of the Command Team are expected to lead our efforts in building a solid Basin presence in WvW. These people must be:
*able to lead (and learn to lead) and direct players in WvW, both Basiners and non-Basiners.
*willing to act as a liason to non-Basiners and PuGs to integrate them into Basin WvW on the fly both in-game and on voice chat.
*willing to be active on the forums, both AB and SBI, to establish their own name recognition with the Basin and the SBI Community as a WvW leader.
*willing to help organize a standing Basin WvW event.
*willing to be a regular attendee of that event.
*willing and able to create a WvW environment and experience that is fun and exciting for Basiners of all ability and dedication levels.

Along with CoonerTheRed and the rest of the [[Guild Wars 2 Game Council|Game Council]], these people will form the tactical arm of the Basin's WvW team. We expect people who are selected to help out for a while, though we'll periodically introduce fresh blood if someone is demonstrating an aptitude or desire as the game goes on.
