		+	As a druid in MC on Tich, you are in for a bit of a treat. Druids are not a 100% heal bot. Yes, you heard that right, while you will be expected to heal at times, druids are not expected to be a heal bot all the time. Well, provided you know what you are doing. On the other hand, if you don't know what you are expected to be doing, playing a heal bot is the best course of action.

		+	First of all, the druid class lead should know what your spec is, and what your preferred role would be. We can be healers, we can be nukers, we can be melee dps, and in certain cases, we have been known to fill in as a tank from time to time. But in all cases, the druid class lead must approve your role. Except for healbots. Feel free to heal at any time.

		+	Here are my expectations of druids, and how I tend to arrange things when I'm the druid class lead.
		+
		+	Communication <BR>
		+	Since all druids are expected to be healers at one point or another, all druids must be in the basinpriest channel, as well as in basindruid. When conflicting assignments are given, basinpriest should be followed unless the druid class lead explicitly overrides it in basinpriest. This is mostly because basinpriest doubles as the healing management channel, and like it or not, healing is still considered our primary role.

		+	Buffs <BR>
		+	Since there is a significant difference between a talent boosted Mark of the Wild, and the non talented version, if you do not have 5/5 imp MotW, you should not be buffing. Make sure the druid class lead knows so that when buff assignments are given, they know not to include you. I do consider it good form to bring a stack of thornroot with you so that you can give some to the designated buff bots if you are not expecting to be joining them.

		+	General Trash Mobs <BR>
		+	Typically, we just breeze through trash mobs and our priests do such a good job that druid healing isn't critical. I usually try to organize druids a single spot healer, and have the rest on damage duty. Nuke or feral is up to you, but I expect you to know how to dps correctly. That means not pulling aggro. This is mostly common sense, stuff like obeying dps calls and perhaps throwing in an occasional cower (yes, that skill does have a purpose). I'd also like to see faerie fire and insect swarm being cast from time to time, they are both low aggro, so you can even cast them on mobs being off tanked pretty early.

		+	Molten Giants/Destroyers, Annihilators, Surgers, Ancient Core Hounds: Follow the general trash guidelines. <BR>
		+	Imps, Core Hound Packs: You should be in caster form here. If you are on dps, use hurricane. With the 1.10 priest changes, I expect a few priests to try AoE here, so we made need to do more healing here, but I think we are fine with casting hurricane.
		+	Funpacks: These guys are dangerous! I'd prefer to see all druids healing for these.

		+	Bosses <BR>
		+	All druid will heal on bosses, unless explicitly given another role by the druid class lead. Alternative boss roles for druids is things like decursing for Luci and Ghennas.

+Using a pet with dash to do the pulls is very key to the success of the pull if utilizing the pet pull method.  Use Aspect of Cheetah, set the pet to attack (timing is tricky on Geddon as he moves fast), when pet gets agro hit the follow key, pump a swiftness pot and run like crazy back to Garr's room.  Have a second hunter about half way back if Geddon catches you, as more than likely you're going to die and the other hunter can pull the rest of the way to MT.  Shazzrah poses less of a problem for the pull, just pay attention to the Core Hound that patrols close to Shazzrah.
