Silithis Stones:

You need a Full Twilight set (3 pieces Robe, Hat, Shoulders)to summon a Templar from the Lesser Wind Stones. The Templar may drop a nice green, bop blue, or essence and will always drop an Abyssal Crest. Need Neutral reputation for this.

You need a Full Twilight set and Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station (3 Abyssal Crests + 1 Large Brilliant Shard from a turn-in quest) to summon a Duke from the Wind Stones. The Duke will drop a green, bop blue or essence and will always drop an Abyssal Signet. Need Friendly reputation for this.

I have not gotten to the Greater Wind Stones yet and anything I posted would be /random info from Thottbot or someother web site, so I'll leave this blank for now.
