Lil'Joe aka Wart can be in one of the Underground Stations, Holborn Station. He gives you your very first task, finding his peg leg. He will first introduce himself as Lil'Joe, but once you recover his lost peg leg he will tell you his real name, Wart.
Joey's shor tlife was spent scavenging the surface of London and its mountainous piles of decayed men.
But to Joey, the world has always been so terrible. To him there is nothing but the madness of today. To him Hell is a mundane Tuesday. For Joey, an excess of magic has made his damned Earth entirely ordinary.
