Techsmith 101 gives out quests. He can be found in Holborn Station.
In-Game Description:
Too frail for the Templar, too timid for the Hunt, and too squeamish for the Cabal, 101 joined the Smiths Guild to better serve mankind.
Now 101 is an Active Seal and Ajar Technician.
He fixes doors.
The crappy kind that won't open and/or close.
