Template:CSB There is a fine line between passion and rage, something the Barbarian warrior knows well. A Barbarian must learn to tread this line while separating one from the other and drawing strength from both. One of the most powerful combat skills a Barbarian can learn is to cross that line into rage, expending the sum of his energy and slaying everything without regard for consequences. When you have slain all of your enemies, what is left to fear?

• Converts 100% physical weapon damage to magic damage. Conversion occurs after +% Damage and a critical hit from a weapon Mastery, Critical Strike or Deadly Strike are applied and before resistance is applied: Damage Resist won't affect converted magic damage but Magic Resist will. Consequently, no damage is returned with Thorns, Iron Maiden and Spirit of Barbs, no life is returned by Life Tap and % Life Stolen per hit, and no mana is returned by % Mana Stolen per hit.
• Defense debuff is applied to user after +% Defense but before + Defense vs Melee and + Defense vs Missile, so defense is not 0 when equipping items with those bonuses.[1]
