Can be active at the same time as a curse, Inner Sight and Slow Missiles. Normal and minion monsters are completely incapacitated until length expires. Only 10% chance of applying to Champion, Unique and Super Unique monsters, who will still be completely incapacitated until length expires. Players are not incapacitated but they are always put into hit recovery when hit before length expires, even when no damage is applied. Length is not subject to any penalties, but there is normally a 10 second ceiling. Skill description does not always apply this ceiling to stun length. Only the most recent of multiple sources of stun length is applied: if a 2 second stun length is applied 2 seconds after a 10 second stun length, only 4 second stun length is applied in total.
