The table below lists the minimum Increased Attack Speed required to reduce the number of frames in the attack animation and thus increase its speed. These breakpoints should apply regardless of weapon or unit type (so they are the same for a player, mercenary or Iron Golem). +33% attack speed (EIAS) from Delirium has already been taken into account.
Undead Rat Man has no blocking animation, so when blocking its hit recovery animation is used instead and thus Faster Hit Recovery reduces animation length. [2] [3]
The table below lists the minimum Faster Hit Recovery required to reduce the number of frames in the hit recovery animation and thus increase its speed. >594 FHR is beyond reach in unmodified game.
