Only the Ghoul Lord on the left is within radius (one on the right is centered just beyond), so it will be the only one struck unless the other moves into range (either by its own movement or that of Sorceress). Casting again after each strike will result in repeatedly striking the first target. However, since the interval applies between casting and the first strike this isn't recommended unless a target cannot be isolated to focus fire.
