Just pulling the information from various sources, since I haven't been able to get in-game to do any of this yet. --Martini 01:06, 31 Oct 2005 (GMT)

Found this after I had pulled the below, it's a great guide and makes the below useless! :)

Silithis Stones:

You need a Full Twilight set (3 pieces Robe, Hat, Shoulders)to summon a Templar from the Lesser Wind Stones. The Templar may drop a nice green, bop blue, or essence and will always drop an Abyssal Crest. Need Neutral reputation for this.

You need a Full Twilight set and Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station (3 Abyssal Crests + 1 Large Brilliant Shard from a turn-in quest) to summon a Duke from the Wind Stones. The Duke will drop a green, bop blue or essence and will always drop an Abyssal Signet. Need Friendly reputation for this.

Templars: need 3-pice set

Dukes: need 3-piece set + necklace

Lords: need 3-piece set + necklace + ring

necklace is made from 1 large brilliant shard + 3 abyssal crests, need friendly with Cenarions to access this quest.

ring is made from 5 large brilliant shards + 3 abyssal wossits the dukes drop, need revered to access this quest.

ring is also rare drop off rare mob Lord Everun.

the scrolls of beckoning from the hermit just let you choose which summon you want instead of a random one if you make them. i.e. 3-piece set + necklace + ring + beckoning:water will get the water lord.

And the Beckoning items from the Hermit are also matched to the three levels of summons

Crest -> Templar Signet -> Duke Scepter -> Royal

Quest line leading to summoning is listed here, need to be Friendly with Cenarion Circle to start the quest line.

Cenarion Circle Rep: start with killing Twilight Hammer mobs, they stop giving rep halfway to friendly.

Baron Kazum: Earthen Guard (+def, sta shield)

High Marshal Whirlaxis: Windshear Cape (agi, sta, str, int)

Lord Skwol: Wavefront Necklace (int, sta, mana regen, +spell/heal)

Prince Skaldrenox: Elemental Focus Band (int, sta, +spell/heal ring)
