Note: My drop was an Item Level 27 with slightly different mods; dropped off of Morbat in King William Street during the Quest Daddy's Dead.
- Morbat is farmable. He normally spawns near the entrance. Just kill him, walk back into Monument Station, drop the Quest and get it again from Connor.
