These items might require a rare drop, an exalted status, or random luck to acquire the recipe. This is primarily a listing of cuts for blue (rare) gems. The green (uncommon) gem cuts are nearly all from trainers or vendors that are easily available to any Jewelcrafter (exceptions are noted). Also, the uncommon cuts are basically between 2/3 and 3/4 of the bonus. For example, +9 Stamina instead of +12 or +7 Spell Damage vs +9.
