Basin Quick Runs

Introduction

The general idea of the Basin Quick Runs is really quite simple: We have a set time (Thursdays at 9 PM - 1:30 server time) in which we all try to help each other do various "quick runs" for specific objectives. Examples could be (but of course are not limited to):

Specific loot runs - Princess, SM Cathedral, etc.
Specific class or profession runs - getting down to Tabetha for the lower lever folks, enchanter runs to Uldaman, running a low-level instance for disenchant fodder/cloth/leather/whatever
Quests that demand a group (elite quests) - Otto and Falconcrest, Summoning the Princess

Everyone who would like to participate shoule post here specific "quick" stuff that they need to get done. In this Meeting Place threadwe work out a timetable of events for that night. On Thursdays, we log on and form up the groups to get them done. Higher-end folks might help lower level folks quickly get done some of their objectives, then band together in a raid group for drops somewhere higher. Folks from different time zones can join and drop out at different times throughout the night, since we are trying to get done fairly specific, quick goals.

Guidelines and Procedures

• Log on and /join BasinQuick
• Do not form your own groups! We will form a raid group to chat and get everyone into proper groups, then disband and let folks regroup. We will generally not be doing things as a raiding party. However, since we will have multiple folks doing multiple things/quests, it is easiest to form a raid group, move folks around into proper groups, then disband and reform into regular questing groups.
• All communications will take place in the "BasinQuick" channel. When your group is done, please disband and let me know in the BasinQuick channel. Generally groups get done at about the same time, and can reform the raid group, rearrange folks for the next runs, then disband the raid, and form up the regular groups again.
