Skills	% Chance to Cast	Charges	Oskills	Aura When Equipped

% Chance to Cast on Striking is applied whenever using a weapon attack which does not miss and is not blocked, or to which Dodge, Avoid, Evade or Weapon Block are not applied.

Venom and Enchant are cast on the user only.
Poison Nova and Static Field are cast from the user's location.
The following skills are cast from the user's location, at the target:
- Firestorm
- Twister
- Tornado
- Bone Spirit
- Charged Bolt
- Frozen Orb
- Template:Unique Firestorm
All other skills below are cast on or from the target's location.

Ladder Unique items can be found in Ladder and single-player games; Ladder Rune Words can only be made in Ladder games.
