- +% Cold Skill Damage is applied to skill damage before it's added to weapon damage, then it's applied a second time to melee attacks.
- No cold length is applied: HF is a separate source of - attack rate and - velocity which adds to that of cold length, Decrepify and Slows Target.
- Cold Resist or Cannot be Frozen won't reduce or negate the slowing effect, so Immune to Cold targets may still be slowed. However, the value applied is the maximum (least negative) of HF or the target's chill effectiveness. Consequently HF will never apply more than -50 attack rate and -50 velocity at level >11, and 0 chill effectiveness results in no slowing or radial cold damage being applied. [1]
- Can slow Aura Enchanted Unique monster with higher level HF. [2]
