Über Diablo only appears on Hell Difficulty. He can appear in various acts and locations in the game. He is the only monster that can drop the Annihilus Charm. Diablo can be found in place of the next Super Unique spawned during the World Event in Hell. He is a boss and an Evil, spawned here in place of Eldritch the Rectifier to the north of the waypoint in the Frigid Highlands in Act 5.
