In Diablo lore there are seven powers that rule Hell, three Prime Evils and four Lesser Evils:

Prime Evil	Lesser Evil
Mephisto, Lord of Hatred Diablo, Lord of Terror Baal, Lord of Destruction	Andariel, Maiden of Anguish Duriel, Lord of Pain Belial, Lord of Lies Azmodan, Lord of Sin

The latter two Lesser Evils do not appear in Diablo II. In addition to what is listed for bosses, the following applies:

Holy Freeze does not slow or apply its radial cold damage.
Mercenary only applies 50% damage in Normal, 35% damage in Nightmare and 25% damage in Hell.
Apply 200% damage to mercenary and 400% damage to pets.
Prevent Monster Heal is not applied to Pandemonium Event bosses (this also applies to Izual). [1]
