He is the only monster that can drop the Annihilus Charm. - Arreat Summit Diablo can be found in place of the next Super Unique spawned during the World Event in Hell. He is a boss and an Evil, spawned here in place of Eldritch the Rectifier to the north of the waypoint in the Frigid Highlands in Act 5.
