Flawless Sapphire can drop from monsters. It requires one inventory space and cannot be stacked, and it can be sold to any vendor in town for 7,500 gold beyond Act 1 in Normal. It adds the following modifiers to an item when placed in any socket:
1 Throwing weapons can be used as input, but the output will not be socketed
