I thought having the talent names listed in the tier title didn't add much. Also having the required number of points at a glance seemed more usefull.
I was just following the format from the Rogue/Warrior Talent pages. We should make all the Talent pages similar in format, at least for the headers. Malaclypse added the Talent names to the Tier titles in a pass over the Rogue Talents I think it was. - Jini
