Notification:

2.3 is due in over a month, when we have a full roster (three slots to fill up, gogogo!) we will discuss our options such as gearing up a little in Karazhan while we wait, or going to get some practice on the PTRs.

Estimated Timing

At the moment we are thinking of going on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the moment, at 6pm server time, as well as Thursdays if the raid wants to keep going. This is subject to change though, but it seems to fit most people. The run should last around three hours in my opinion, but that hasn't been discussed yet.

The Roster

This Roster is not permanent and was made according to the availabilities people posted. If you want to change your availability PM me (Seerinox) because I probably won't notice if you edit your post. If you're interested and haven't posted, go ahead and do so, I check the post regularly. If your times didn't fit or if you can only come ocasionnaly or if we don't have room for you, then you will be listed as a sub.

Core Roster:

Spaidz - Warrior

Seerinox - Undetermined Shaman

Zobel - Paladin

Tongar - Shaman

Codeblue - Shadow Priest

Dingleorc - Rogue

Orieus - Warlock

I am still waiting for answers from some people, we might in fact be a few more.

Subs:

Werkntokill/Mourninafter

Kelandrose

Animorph

Furyknc

Loot System

Seeing as this is a 10 man, BRP is ill suited (some classes have no loot competition and therefore have top DKP when it comes down to contested items, for example an elemental shaman winning a spell caster dagger because mages and warlocks have been using their DKP against each other) and one contested loot per week by random 100 isn't exactly fair (someone gets a piece of armor one week and then a weapon the next and someone else wanted the weapon and hasn't gotten anything so far but loses the roll).

Therefore, we think using a loot ladder is the best choice. It's simple: there's a ladder, highest person on it gets the item, if you get an item (unless it's not contested AND not for your main spec) you fall to the bottom of the ladder. One ladder, priority to those whose spec the item fits (it's annoying to not be able to roll on that DPS sword because you're a tank but not as much as being a rogue and seeing it go to the tank).

Loot ladder initial positions will be random 100ed on the first run, maybe with an exception for leader (and sub!) who might start on top for all they're trouble to get this going.

This is also subject to change, and no I haven't thought of subs, but I think we'll use random when they want an item.

Strategies and Progress

I'll post links later on.

1. Nalorakk (Bear god)

2. Akil'zon (Eagle god)

3. Jan'alai (Dragonhawk god)

4. Halazzi (Lynx god)

5. Malacrass (Big warlock troll)

6. Zul'jin (Bad guy)
