George is a NPC that can be found in Holborn Station giving out quests.
George is an homage character, a reference to famed zombie film writer/director George Romero. There are references to his films in the quests he gives, both in the quest names which parallel his movie titles and in lines like "They're messed up like that" (which recalls Sheriff McClelland's line from Night of the Living Dead "Yeah, they're dead.
