Block rate

The table below lists the minimum Faster Block Rate required to reduce the number of frames in the blocking animation and thus increase its speed. >140 FBR is beyond reach in the unmodified game.

State Frames
12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2
Sorceress 0 7 15 27 48 86 200 4,680
Werebear 0 5 10 16 27 40 65 109 223 1,320

Cast rate

The table below lists the minimum Faster Cast Rate required to reduce the number of frames in the casting animation and thus increase its speed. Action frame is the frame in which casting actually takes place: when the animation is interrupted before this frame has displayed then casting does not occur, so the earlier it occurs the less likely the animation is to be interrupted before casting.

Frames 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11
Action 7 6 5 4
Lightning and Chain Lightning 0 7 15 20 23 35 52 63 78 117 194 200

  • Inferno uses the same casting animation as Lightning and Chain Lightning, but its cast rate cannot be changed.

Frames 13 12 11 10 9 8 7
Action 7 6 5 4
All other skills 0 9 20 37 63 105 200

Hit recovery

The table below lists the minimum Faster Hit Recovery required to reduce the number of frames in the hit recovery animation and thus increase its speed. >594 FHR is beyond reach in the unmodified game.
