For the moment, this is a simple copy of the link collection done by MetalDemoness, USWest, originally posted 08/03/2009 09:40:28 AM PDT on the [http://eu.battle.net/en/forum/?topicId=19065186439 <strike>now deleted blizzard forums</strike>] (yes, this link isn't working). Since this was taken from some archive page or whatever, I'm not sure if it's complete. I'm gradually trying to reactivate the links, or locate the new sources or whatever, going to take a while.
