Breakpoints for EIAS values above 75 are only valid for Diablo II: Resurrected. Next to each breakpoint listing is the required Increased Attack Speed, assuming a given weapon WSM and no other speed modifiers. If you are single wielding, your weapon speed modifier is your weapon's WSM. Baseline speeds
