When You Kill an Enemy

- % Chance to Cast When You Kill an Enemy is applied when a target is killed by the user's weapon damage, poison damage applied by either weapon or skill, or Open Wounds.
- Decrepify and Chain Lightning are cast from the target's location.
- Poison Nova is cast from the user's location.
- Enchant is cast on the user only.
