Fire Mastery

Template:D2 FS Even for the Sorceress, the destructive powers of the flame can prove uncooperative at times. The very unpredictability of elemental flame poses a danger to those unskilled in its usage. Sisters of the flame must take this last step to complete their training in the use of fire, and to maximize its effects.

Level 1-60 stats

• Normally applies to fire skill damage of user after any synergy bonus, and melee fire attack damage. Character screen displays Fire Mastery being applied to ranged fire attack damage as well, but this is not actually the case.
• Applies to damage when applied and missiles when created: if there is a delay between skill usage and damage or missile creation, switching weapons or other equipment to apply higher level Fire Mastery may result in more damage.
• Does not apply to any pets summoned by the Sorceress, with the exception of Hydra.
• Does not apply to the following:
  • Fire Arrow converted damage
  • Immolation Arrow pyre
  • Molten Boulder fire damage per second
  • Corpse Explosion [1] [2]
  • Necromage missile
  • Fire Golem
• Applies to Holy Fire attack damage before it is added and Enchant when cast, then again when using a melee attack.
