Different percentages applied by separate units or attacks may result in attack rate desynchronisation: while the most recent percentage is always applied server-side, the first continues to be applied client-side until last applied expires. [5] Skill Clay Golem applies Slows Target by min( [ 75 * [ (110*slvl) / (slvl+6) ] / 100 ] , 75 ) % to target of successful attack, or to attacker when struck by a melee attack.
