Gil gives out quests. He can be found in Charing Cross Station.

Gil dreams of home. Home again. He'll be there when he can -- cold and tired -- to rest his bones beside the fire.

Gil is an homage character, a reference to David Gilmour of Pink Floyd. The names of the quests he gives are all titles of Pink Floyd songs, and his dialogue contains many references to their lyrics.
