  • Freeze length can freeze normal or minion monsters, and chill all other units, when applied, as long as they are not Immune to Cold and they do not have 0 chill effectiveness.
  • Length of freezing or chilling is affected by target Cold Resist % and difficulty level penalties (1/2 in Nightmare and 1/4 in Hell).
  • Applied independently of cold length and Freezes Target: 2 second freeze length and 10 second cold length will both be applied, resulting in 2 seconds freezing and 10 seconds chilling of eligible targets.
  • Item cold length is converted to freeze length and added to that of Ice Arrow, and Freezing Arrow explosions.
