Spear Mastery

Template:CM Warriors of the Snake Tribe favor the spear and are known for their cold eyes and sibilant battle chants. Only seasoned warriors may apply to the spear the techniques of the Snake - a patient teacher that reminds us that all foes can be defeated in time. These are lessons learned from the many dangerous pit vipers that breed among the steppes surrounding Mount Arreat.

• When equipping a javelin or spear class weapon, enhances attack damage and attack rating with chance of critical strike doubling physical attack damage. Since conversion of physical damage to another damage type occurs after it is applied, it can also double the converted damage of Berserk (both the skill itself and its synergy bonus to Concentrate and Frenzy).
• Mastery critical strike does not apply when using Sacrifice charges.
• Only applies to javelins when used with melee attacks; Throwing Mastery applies when thrown.
• Mastery critical strike is mutually exclusive with Critical Strike and Deadly Strike: if one is successful then the others aren't applied. Combined % chance of double physical attack damage is as follows:
