Where can I shop for charges of lifetap(LT) or lower resists(LR)?

Life tap needs alvl 24+, lower resists needs 36+. Because of (normal/exceptional) wands' magic_level, this means you need a (normal/exceptional) wand of ilvl or qlvl 23+ for life tap and ilvl or qlvl 35+ for lower resists. --adeyke

The best life tap wand has 105 charges of slvl 6 life tap.

The best LR wand has 82 charges of slvl 3 LR.

You need an ilvl 78 wand to get slvl 2 LR, which you could buy with a clvl 73 char.

You need an ilvl 48 wand to get slvl 2 LT, which you could buy with a clvl 43 char.

You need an ilvl 99 wand to get slvl 3 LR, which you could buy with a clvl 94 char. You can also hope that Hell Baal drops one. You could also use the soj or PSkull cube recipe to reroll a Hell Baal dropped wand with a level 54+ character.

Mods on vendor inventories

The mods on items sold by a vendor are generated by the first person to talk to that vendor. The ilvl generated is based on <math>ilvl = clvl +5</math>

Refresh vendor inventories

You can refresh the inventory in a vendors screen by going to a different part of the same Act and returning.
