This user page is a modified version of Big Bad Bob's character census template. It is where I keep track of my Guild Wars characters' progress, as well as a mini introduction to each character, for anyone who's interested. Take a look at other users' pages at GW Characters on Wiki. A useful way of keeping track of the fine details of your characters' development can be found at this progress tracker website. Here's the link to the original Character Progress Report Card forum thread.
If you'd like, you can add me to your GW friends list using the name Ona Tangent.
Thanks to BBB, Kousei, Yugi and all the rest for their contributions to the wiki cause! If you wish to write me a note, the bottom of my Discussion Page is available for just that. Ignore the junk at the top of the page :)

I only play one character, Bria, on this account; it doesn't belong to me. However, if a monk is needed in Tyria, Bria is usually happy to oblige. Normal mode only until she finishes the mission track :)
Ona Tangent is my oldest living character; born in Tyria. One notable achievement of hers is that she got to Maguuma jungle while still wearing Pre-Searing armor.
My first character was actually created on someone else's account, a R/Me. However, I realized that I loved the Mesmer side of the character so much more than the Ranger side that I made a Mesmer once I got my own account.
She earned her Elite Canthan Attire upon defeating Shiro during the Canthan crisis.
My titles character, so probably the one you'd find me online as most of the time. She has combinations of Ancient, Vabbi and Elite Sunspear armor, but is eagerly awaiting the new armors to be had when GW:EN comes out.
Her name is one of Assassin henchman Mai's idle quotes. The phrase comes from Sun Tzu's Art of War, "Swift as the Wind, Silent as a Forest, Fierce as Fire and Immovable as a Mountain". A versatile addition to any party, she also enjoys the company of her trusty crocodile companion.
My only male character, and that was so that the name and dance would match :)
He spends most of his time in the Zaishen Elite challenge, where the successful formula of 3 trapping rangers and his spirits may yield 6000 Balthazar faction in a single run. His record number of waves defeated lies around 23.
Originally a recruiter/helper for my previous guild, Flaw has become a Perma-Pre character, who has celebrated her 1st birthday. She is also on a quest to Survive as long as possible: an anti-LDoA, if you will. She helps out anyone in need, and also has a handy stash of collector items for all the armor collectors, which she hands out freely.
My first Elonian character, and my second Necro, because Flaw is a Permapre. Alphabet was kind enough to run her to Droks to cap SS, and she subsequently finished Nightfall and felt really proud of herself. I rewarded her with new armor! Luxon with a splash of Istani. I call it her 'Tattered Butterfly' look.
My very first melee character. I'm taking her progress easy in general, doing a couple of quests when the urge arises. She is also capable of running LA-ToA and the Tyrian Desert; and at a stretch, LA-Ascalon and LA-Sanctum Cay (although has yet to succeed in running the mission).
When she brings her Warthog companion adventuring, Bacon Puff brings along a baby warthog minipet as company. Adorable!
Ona Dragonscale is my 'casual survivor' mesmer. I play her when I feel like the challenge associated with Survivorship, but there's no pressure on her to reach the third tier ASAP, because Slinky is my titles character. She is currently slowly getting towards Level 2 by going through missions on the three continents. I recently got her to Cavalon just to get her those delicious fingerless gloves!
So I finally got around to getting some new character slots, and made a Warr and Sin, with themed names :D
My plan with Ona Among Thieves was to take her to the Northern Shiverpeaks as soon as she got to Kaineng, and then go through the GWEN storyline with her, without unlocking Tyria or Elona, or progressing through Cantha beyond Kaineng. Just to make things interesting, I suppose.
The name had to be made. I don't think I'll put too much priority in her progress; however I would like to take her to the North in order that she do the Tyrian-only Gwen quest - I only have 1 other Tyrian post-searing, Ona Tangent. Once she gets her hands on a tapestry shred from pre-searing Gwen, she'll leave for greener (brown/grayer? :S ) pastures.
