- Numerical size (1-3) helps determines melee range, target for missile collision and obstacle collision.
- Descriptive size (small, medium or large) can determine chance of applying Knockback, and sprite size of a Grim Ward.
- Cannot infer anything from sprite size.

- Shadow Master and Shadow Warrior are small.
- Grizzly is large.
- Players, hirelings and all other pets are medium (although Revived will be original size).
Size 3
1 Ventar the Unholy and Venom Lord minions are large, all other Megademons are medium.
