• Adds cold damage and length, and converts a percentage of physical damage to cold damage.
• Uses Normal Attack's attack rate.
• +% Attack Rating isn't applied, even though the character screen calculates and displays AR as though it is. [1] +% AR from other sources is applied.
• Conversion occurs after +% Damage and Deadly Strike or Critical Strike are applied and before Resist % is applied: Damage Resist % won't affect converted cold damage but Cold Resist % will.
• Skill tree description wrongly states that Cold Arrows only do half of their regular damage: there is no such penalty.
• Level >49 converts 100% physical damage to cold damage: the arrow still requires a hit-check, but now it cannot be blocked.
• +% Cold Damage synergy doesn't apply to converted cold damage. +% Cold Skill Damage applies to the skill's added cold damage but isn't applied to converted or weapon cold damage.
• Weapon cold length is added.

Cold Arrow has the same velocity as a normal arrow but half the range (20 vs 40 frames), so it only travels 50% of the distance and can only hit targets off-screen when they are directly to the left, right and bottom of the screen. Targets must be within a ~14 2/3 yard radius.
