Inconsistent values in other sources

Can someone verify the values (times) here? Different sources (Arreat Summit - yes, even the master source, Diablo Wiki (Fandom), Diablo 2 Wiki (now IcyVeins), Maxroll, Wowhead) and even shrines.txt (both D2 and D2R) provide different values. Example: all these sources but Diablo 2 Wiki state that most shrines regenerate in 5 minutes, and even Diablo 2 Wiki gives wrong value for Health and Mana shrines (which is surprising that they regenerate longer than the strictly superior Refilling Shrine). First I've checked the times by casually looking at the clock, but when I discovered the inconsistency, I've measured them with a stopwatch. I've checked all shrines but Combat Shrine in D2R and Mana Recharge, Skill and Mana shrines in D2, both CBN. Have the shrine duration/regeneration times been change in a patch, but no one updated the guides and everyone copied the wrong values? Have we all been lied to for all that time???
