Skill level only applied when cast, +% Cold Skill Damage applied whenever cold damage is applied to a hostile unit. [2] Bolt applying cold damage and cold length is fired at any hostile unit that fires a missile which collides with the caster, regardless of whether or not any attack is successful. [1] Bolt is destroyed upon collision with any target or obstacle between the caster and the attacker. Bolts are only triggered by collisions with missiles with ReturnFire flagged.
