Sap
Mezz effect. Must be stealthed. Only works on Humanoids that are not in combat. Only 1 target may be sapped at a time.
Rank 1 (lvl 10): 25 seconds
Rank 2 (lvl 28): 35 seconds
Rank 3 (lvl 48): 45 seconds
