The resulting detonation not only allows her to damage her intended target, but also anything caught within the explosive blast. Normal Attack's attack rate is used. Exploding Arrow's +% Attack Rating is not applied, even though the character screen calculates and displays AR as though it is. Skill damage is only applied by the explosion, while attack fire damage (including that from Enchant and Holy Fire) is added to both the arrow and the explosion. +% Fire Skill Damage only applies to skill damage. The explosion damage cannot be blocked.
