Stairs down to Ruined Temple are always inside entrance in northeast wall of this overgrown structure in Kurast Bazaar. Click on stairs to lower them to entrance of Ruined Temple, then enter. Objective Ruined Temple is quite a confined space, with three possible layouts. Layout should be clear upon entry, with Lam Esen's Tome always to south. Always inhabited by three of four following monster types, each with 75% chance of being selected: Flesh Hunters spawn in groups of 4-5, and are always Immune to Cold (150%) in Hell. Night Lords spawn in groups of 1-2, and are Immune to Cold (120%) in Hell. Spider Magi spawn in groups of 4-5, and are Immune to Fire (120%) in Hell. Wailing Beasts spawn in groups of 3-4, and are always Immune to Magic (100%) in Hell. Clearing area around entrance is strongly recommended before venturing further into temple, due to high density of monsters with little room for maneuver or retreat. Battlemaid Sarina is an Extra Fast Spectral Hit Super Unique Flesh Hunter guarding Lam Esen's Tome. Accompanied by up to nine minions in Normal, ten in Nightmare and eleven in Hell, all are always Immune to Cold (150%) in Hell. Lam Esen's Tome drops from lectern when clicked, and requires 2x2 inventory space to pick up; do so, then return to Alkor. Reward You have found the Book!
