In LoD Blessed Aim uses the same passive state as Penetrate and thus overwrites Penetrate, regardless of level: if level 1 BA (+75% AR) is applied to an Amazon with level 20 Penetrate (+225% AR), only +75% AR will be applied to that Amazon's attacks from those two sources, not +300% AR or even +225% AR.
