Navigation
- Normally first Champion, Unique or Super Unique monster spawned in an Act 3 area will drop A Jade Figurine requiring 1x2 inventory space to pick up, if it has not dropped before. This may not appear to be the case if monster spawns but is not seen, or if it is killed while floating over water, preventing it from dropping anything.
- If difficulty is experienced in acquiring it, may be advisable to start new game once Travincal has been reached and kill member of High Council for it. In multiplayer game, only one drop will be made regardless of number of players (although cannot be picked up by player that has already completed this quest in an earlier game).
- Once acquired, return to Kurast Docks to ask Deckard Cain about it.
Objective
Back in Lut Gholein Meshif told me he had a fondness for jade figurines. On his trading voyages he collected an odd assortment of such small statues.
I would show him your figurine. - Deckard Cain
Praise you! That jade figurine will complete the set I was collecting.
Here! I've had this statuette of a golden bird for years, but I consider it a fair exchange. - Meshif
- Ask Cain about The Golden Bird, which requires 1x2 inventory space.
I've read legends about a sage named Ku Y'leh, who studied the mysteries of life beyond death.
If I remember correctly, his ashes were ensconced within a golden statuette. It was a very strange tale. - Deckard Cain
- Give The Golden Bird to Alkor.
Ah, the Golden Bird of Ku Y'leh. Thank you, my friend.
Busy yourself while I experiment with the ashes within it. Then, return and see what I have made for you. - Alkor
- Return to Alkor for reward (do not actually have to leave him; simply click on him again).
Reward
From the ashes of Ku Y'leh I have mixed for you a potion. - Alkor
