Skill tree description wrongly states that Cold Arrows only do half of their regular damage: there is no such penalty. Level >49 converts 100% physical damage to cold damage: the arrow still requires a hit-check, but now it cannot be blocked. +% Cold Damage synergy doesn't apply to converted cold damage. +% Cold Skill Damage applies to the skill's added cold damage but isn't applied to converted or attack cold damage. Attack cold length is added. Cold Arrow has the same velocity as a normal arrow but half the range (20 vs 40 frames), so it only travels 50% of the distance and can only hit targets off-screen when they are directly to the left, right and bottom of the screen.
