Regardless of the number fired per volley, each volley only decreases quiver quantity by one. Any manually selected target will be attacked first. Skill descriptions do not display minimum arrows, and incorrectly display min(slvl+4 , 10) maximum arrows. Number of arrows fired per volley is determined by minimum arrows or number of targets, whichever is higher, up to the ceiling determined by maximum arrows.
