Regardless of the number fired per volley, each volley only decreases quiver quantity by one. Any manually selected target will be attacked first. Skill descriptions do not display minimum arrows, and incorrectly display min(slvl+4 , 10) maximum arrows. Number of arrows fired per volley is determined by minimum arrows or number of targets, whichever is higher, up to the ceiling determined by maximum arrows. For example, level 7 Strafe fires minimum 3 arrows and maximum 10 arrows: 3 arrows are fired at 1-3 targets, 4-9 arrows are fired at 4-9 targets and 10 arrows are fired at 10 or more targets.
